- Description:
- Molded plaster shrine with glass-covered niche for item display. Shrine has been used to display a silk Polk-Dallas campaign ribbon (2214.RB0224) and cloth flowers. Item donor Susan H. Douglas claims that the shrine is a replica of the entrance to the Alamo. Item was originally used to house something else based on the square mark at the base of the glassed-in area, possibly a figurine.
