Plate face bears facsimile signatures of McKinley and Hobart. Reverse bears two maker's marks: (1) MADE FOR / A. W. LUCKHARDT, / JEWELER, / 531 MAIN STREET, / JOHNSTOWN, PA. and (2) an undecipherable monogram surrounded by the words IMPERIAL / ART CHINA.
