- Cast metal plate covered in copper-colored paint. Reverse bears the inscription Ames Sword Co. / Chicopee, Mass.. Back of plaque contains a metal loop for hanging on a wall. Douglas collection also contains matching Thomas A. Hendricks (2214.BB0103) and Benjamin Butler (2214.BB0104) plaques.
